OxyGeneo treatment Tilburg – exfoliation, oxygenation & skincare at Charisma Clinic
Would you like to give your skin an intensive refresh and work towards a fresh, smooth and radiant appearance? Discover the OxyGeneo treatment in Tilburg at Charisma Clinic.
OxyGeneo is a versatile facial that combines exfoliation, oxygenation and the absorption of nourishing ingredients. The treatment removes dead skin cells, nourishes the skin and gives it a fresh, healthy appearance.
What is an OxyGeneo treatment?
During an OxyGeneo treatment, the skin is first prepared and then treated with a special applicator and treatment capsule.
When the capsule comes into contact with the special treatment gel, a reaction takes place in which small CO₂ bubbles form on the surface of the skin. This exfoliates the skin and stimulates a physiological response in which the oxygen supply to the treated skin tissue is temporarily increased.
This is also known as the Bohr effect. So the treatment does not simply blow oxygen into the skin, but stimulates the skin's natural oxygenation process.
At the same time, dead skin cells are removed and the skin is prepared for the nourishing ingredients that are applied during the treatment.
The 3 key steps of OxyGeneo
- Exfoliation: the top layer of the skin is exfoliated in a controlled and gentle way. Dead skin cells are removed, leaving the skin feeling smoother and softer.
- Oxygenation: the reaction between the capsule and the treatment gel creates CO₂ bubbles on the skin. This stimulates the natural oxygenation process and contributes to a fresh-looking complexion.
- Skin nourishment: during the treatment, the skin is supplied with carefully selected nourishing ingredients. The treatment can be tailored to the skin condition and the specific needs of the skin.
What is OxyGeneo suitable for?
The treatment can be a good choice for:
- Dull or tired-looking skin
- Dry or dehydrated skin
- A rough or irregular skin texture
- Skin in need of extra care
- An uneven-looking complexion
- First signs of skin ageing
- Fine lines
- Skin that could use a fresh glow
Even without specific skin concerns, OxyGeneo can be chosen as a nourishing treatment to give the skin a fresh, hydrated appearance.
How does the treatment work?
We first cleanse and assess the skin. We then choose the treatment that suits your skin condition and skin goals.
The skin is treated with the OxyGeneo applicator and the matching capsule. Exfoliation and the characteristic CO₂ reaction take place simultaneously during the treatment.
The skin is then further cared for with products that suit your skin's needs.
How does an OxyGeneo treatment feel?
The treatment is generally experienced as comfortable. During exfoliation, you may feel a slightly abrasive, tingling or warm sensation.
Immediately after the treatment, the skin may be slightly pink for a while. The reaction varies from person to person and depends on the sensitivity and condition of the skin.
When will you see results?
Immediately after the treatment, the skin may already feel smoother, softer, fresher and better cared for, with a beautiful glow.
For long-term skin improvement, several treatments may be recommended. How many treatments are suitable, and at what intervals, depends on your skin condition and skin goals.
Aftercare following OxyGeneo
After the treatment, it is important to take good care of your skin. Keep the skin well hydrated and use good sun protection with SPF every day.
Immediately after the treatment, avoid strong exfoliating products, scrubs and other products that may irritate the skin. After the treatment, we give you personal advice on the care that suits your skin.
